The summers in Alaska have a weather pattern that fluctuates daily. Temperatures can vary from 58° to as high as 85°. We encourage our guests to pack light by wearing layers: long underwear, a jacket, a hat, along with shorts and t-shirts are all good ideas. Be ready for shifting temperatures all day, every day.
Our office is located at 319 Third Avenue. Due to the many properties we manage, our staff is often out and about. The best way to contact our staff is by phone. Call or text 907-362-0055.
Cancellations need to take place three weeks prior to arrival. If cancellation should occur thereafter, your credit card will be charged 50% of the total amount due. All cancellations made less than one week prior to arrival will be charged the total amount due. We will make every effort to re-book the rental. There will be a $25.00 office fee in addition to all cancellations.

The Cookery and Woody’s Thai Kitchen are some great restaurants, but keep in mind that both are closed on Mondays. Seward Brewing Company and Resurrection Roadhouse are our favorite dinner spots, though.
We love the breakfast at The Gold Rush!
The Railway Cantina is a great place to grab a quick bite. Seward Brewing Company has a breathtaking upstairs that serves pizza by the slice from a clay fired oven! The Gold Rush also has a wide variety of lunch options.
Go for a hike, take a walk, bike, or adventure! You could visit the Alaska SeaLife Center or have a coffee at the historic Rez Art Coffee House (First Fridays are every Friday from 5:30pm – 8:30pm in June, July, and August. Second Saturdays are all year-round). Seward is a town packed with art, community, and culture that embraces visitors and begs them to enjoy this young, precious land together!
