Paddle boarding is a great opportunity to explore the wondrous Alaskan glaciers. You can take a boat into Resurrection Bay and arrive at Bear Glacier: the largest glacier in Kenai Fjords National Park – measuring 12-miles long. At the base of the glacier is a salt-water lagoon that is surrounded by the most spectacular sights; mountains of wilderness tower over you while massive icebergs fill the lagoon. Some experience on SUP is required although the water in this area is protected from waves and majestically calm. Drysuit, board and boat ride are all included for a tour.
